I was listening to 'Secrets of the Hidden Temple' from 1994 today - this is an amazing album!
Pure Texas funk, classic Rap-A-Lot. Sweet grooves and funky guitars - gotta love that... plus the old school drum breaks are sick and the flows are tight too. A definate solid 4 outta 5 CD...
...Just ordered their second album, 'No Mercy' for £1.90 used off Amazon :) Hope it's as good..
Does anyone know anything about the group tho? I know one of them is 3-2, but that's it.

dunno if Mike Dean was with them back then but if he was he prolly produced that shit. seriously Rap-A-Lot has one of the best catalogues of all time in hip hop. prolly in the top 3 of all rap labels and that´s what´s up.
-
ah nevermind..i found it..John Bido produced it..Bido-1
i thought Mike Dean produced for the "better" artists of Rap-A-Lot

ey do you know if that Storm girl was the same Storm that was down with MAC(No Limit)? i´ve always wondered if it is because she don´t really sound like the Storm that was down with Pac. but i´ve been told that it´s the same person.
