Title: Which L.A hood has the better rappers?

I'm going with Compton. Many tight rappers are out of Compton, like: MC Eiht, Eazy-E, Lil Chill, Hi-C, 2nd II None, DJ Quik, Dresta, B.G Knocc Out... The others hoods has also good rappers, but the Comtpon ones are my favourites.

So, I'm gonna go with Long Beach on this one. Compton got great ones too...but I think LBC takes it...

South Central n Compton cross in a way....like South Central Los Angeles is more the location name, then Compton being the specific

maybe, I heard alot of people saying Compton wouldn't belong to south central L.A. though, claiming it ended north of Carson. Matter of fact there's no specific place officially called South Central, it's the area around Carson. My point is I heard Dre was not born in Compton but in South Central.

I think L.A. 'cause Ice Cube is actually from South Central. Also you got Dilated Peoples, Jurassic 5 and Kurupt. LBC 2nd, with Snoop, the whole DPG, and Compton 3rd. Would be high if Eazy E wrote his lyrics and Dre could rap. Inglewood gets sleeped on. C.J. Mack, Mack 10, some others.

You didn't read the subject right homie. It says "Which L.A Hood Has The Better Rappers".... I.E aint part of L.A so it dont count. You named all kinds of L.A cities but never actually gave an answer.

But anywayz... I'd go with the city of Los Angeles. Xzibit, Tha Liks (except J Ro), Defari, Dilated, People Under The Stairs, Knocturnal, Phil Da Agony... I dont know if that's where they are from, but that's all I hear them represent.

i dont feel like arguing over this but pomona is sgv...just cuz its 909 dont mean its ie...san dimas is 909, so is la verne, claremont, parts of west covina & glendora and walnut is 909...those are all part of sgv....ie starts at sbc....sbc starts at montclair.....oh and i didnt know skeelo was from montclair he chills with the afterlife at lemiert park so i thought he was from sc....

But other than that... that's why Pomona is not a very great place... 'cause it is the border, so much dispute over that city and drug trafficing and such... so gang members are always fighting there... it's in our Valley but it's in your county.

But Skee-Lo graduated from Monclair High School... and when he was hot he had all kinds of signings in Riverside and what not. But more moneys made in L.A., which is why he always mentioned it, and why he moved out there. We are just left with ODM of Lighter Shade of Brown, DTTX moved to L.A. too and joined Low Profile Records.
