I remember seeing that match on one of them Coliseum Home Video releases. Classic, the first ever ladder match in the company's history. Shoulda been on PPV...

This is great news, I'm a huge fan of Bret from back in the day. I doubt he'll ever wrestle again, though. Shame.

I donīt know man... I donīt think Bret "sold out"... I think he rather was tired of having all those negative feelings in him... He went through a lot of shit.. from the deaths of family members to his stroke... I mean he can be lucky that he is still alive... He had his stroke while he was riding his motorbike and he could have been killed in that accident.. and I think that he knows that he should be lucky and sees things differently now... I think that I even read about it in columns by him... like what I said.. that he is tired of having all those negative feelings and that he wants to say good bye to his fans and put that McMahon beef behind him... As disturbing it is to look at this picture...

.. I think it makes Bret even a bigger man...  So Iīm looking forward to the DVD set which comes out in a few months and Iīm glad that this is gonna be pro Bret.. cause who knows what that set would have looked like if Bret hadnīt agreed to work on it...

You say wrestling sucks, but you're keeping up on the storylines. Interesting

Because they bought up all their competition and they probably wanted a different image. WWF (World Wrestling Federation) really makes it sound like they are actually getting in the ring and squaring off. WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) on the other hand, makes it seem like it's more fake and geared towards the entertainment value.

lol nooooooo!

They had to change the name by law because the World Wildlife Fund already had WWF before WWE did.  After a long court case WWF was made to change it.

The title of the DVD has now been changed from Screwed: the Bret Hart Story, to Bret Hart: The Best There Is, The Best There Was, & The Best There Ever Will Be

Also as of right now it looks like that this DVD will go on without Bret Hart being on TV to promote like Animal is with the Road Warrior DVD

it was cause of the World Wildlife Foundation, who apparently started before WWE. legal issuez and all that crap so they had to change it, or pay the world wildlife foundation everytyme they used "WWF".

not really cause of the money, itz cause he'd hafta pay a lot juss to get the footage since itz owned by mcmahon. hes also comin out wit a biography, which will hav no partnership wit WWE since he does not need any footage for it.
