Does anyone here follow a weight gain diet or know where I can find some info on one? I found the internet doesnt really wanna help people just make money does anyone have success with these things? Help a skinny muthafucka out!

in some cases u dont cuz some people CANT gain weight no matter how hard they try... and all they do is just gain more cholesterol and clog up there arteries cuz they think fatty foods will help

yeah weight gain is harder than loss...
but the best way to put on weight, is to eat a healthy diet, excercise regularily and pump weights...

captain is right.. get to the gym and do some working out.. even cardio will build ya leg muscles..

lift heavy weights low reps (5-3-1), and consume about a gram of protien per pound of body weight daily. eat like 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
i always get 2 gallons of vanilla from www.allthewhey.com. get the isolate shit so it has no fat in it (trace amounts) + a little bit more protein per serving, and it tastes good as hell with milk.

I tried some weight gainer shit. Didnt work. Doesnt mean generally doesnt work for noone, I guess my metabolism is just too extreme.

Lots of protein and weight lifting will do it.

just go to any suppliment/vitamin store and ask whoevers working there what they would reccomend.
