Title: Oldest Westcoast Albums...?

The oldest album I've seen is Ice-T's debut "Rhyme Pays", which dropped on November 4, 1987.

Anything older than that?

Egyptian Lover - On The Nile (1984)
LA Dream Team - Kings of the West Coast (1986)
2 Live Crew - S/T(1985) (first album was pre-Luke, aside from him they're all from Riverside)


extra points to anyone who can name the group Rodney O had with Marquis from 2 Live Crew before either of them was in any other group.

Yeah Too Short had three albums out before 86! "Don't stop rappin"(83!!) "Players"(85) and "Raw Uncut, and X-Rated"(85)
And N.W.A and the posse came out in 87. Don't know if it came out before Rhyme Pays though.

no Rodney O and Marquis, ...Fresh Kid Ice is the chubby asian dude. Marquis is the thinner black guy.
