Check that out. I'm not sure because I'm still in the queue-list for it, but there was a promo from a guy called Smoov-E a few months ago. When it is the same person then check some L.A (Inglewood) underground stuff.

i know this guy. he's from sebastapol, in northern california, and he raps with andre nickatina and mac dre and x raided and a bunch of underground dudes from the bay. he's cool as fuck, i know a bunch of his homies and i've partied with them a few times. cop the album though, it's hardcore. he's white. try and download a song called 'savage as fuck' with andre nickatina.

I'm pretty sure that there is a rapper called Smoov-E who is out of Inglewood. He is a member of a group called The Woodlums"...
