SOME EXCERPTS FROM HIS POSTS
Hittman is basically done with his Album lyric wise. a couple adlibs here, a couple updates there, but pretty much ready for war. Dre has committed to a good amount of music and Scott Storch and Mel-Man are ready as well.
I have to just get the word and I'm out again on the road as his DJ. did you ever hear the mixtape we did? "the murder weapon"? we did that way before the gunit mixtapes and stuff and it was fire, done all outta my crib on protools and 2 1200's and a mic.
what is hittman doing now and where the hell was he from?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
he's writing for Eazy E jr. and writing songs for ICE CUBE and also getting rhymes together for Detox.
where's he from? born and bred in L.A. like me, went to the same jr. high and high school "IF YOU HEARD TRACK # 17 (LA @#%$**Z)ON THE 2001....."CHILLIN WITH MY MACK'$ CREW @ FAIRFAX...."
as far as gang related..... he's from Bronson and Pico.....
if you know neighborhoods, he's from Black Pea Stone Blood Set. but he down with all the Rollin 20's too since they right there. Neighborhood Bloods. Bronson and Pico is a hairline away from K-Town.
man I got archives of unreleased Dre music that could make me rich as hell, but also a dead man. from unreleased Firm music (nas, az) and some unreleased 2001 @#%$ and unreleased Eminem stuff....... Jay Z rapping over STILL D.R.E. as the demo reference since he wrote Dre the verses.....
it's late as hell...... but worth the night, me and HITT made it happen! holla
:o
he's the asian dude in the picture

An album with dre, mel n scott producing is super duper news.
Helping out lil eazy thats cool
Writing lyrics for ICE CUBE wtf??? :o he means Hittmans writing his own guest vesrse or maybe a chorus right??? Nobody ghost writes for the Ice Cube surely.
-
great thread -- its disgusting how all those posters are riding his nuts about those pics though.
-
fuck what i wouldnt give to hear jay-z doing the still dre beat
that would be soooooo dope just to hear it
-
props for the link "I B 2 Quik" thats some mad shit, sounds like Hittman doing a lot of things under the music radar which is very cool... and dayum the pictures he posted of his crib are quality... cant wait for hittman to try and blow up again, seemed like he was saying he guna be coming back more focused and harder... :D

yo they linked to this interview which was *raelly* fucking good too:
http://dformula.bizland.com/hittman_&_dj_ben_baller_-_who's_next.htm
its almost as good as that D.O.C. interview they did, really gives insight to a lot of shit
and from the sound of it, it looks like it was knoc that cried about ren being on bang bang, and not hitt.

The Ren interview is really dope too and Dre should of kept Rens verses on 2001 that shit would of been dope.
Damn Dre had that song dissing Ren on 2001 but coz it was already recorded etc it werent taken off. Shit Ren still dropped the intro to LA niggas and it seems he didnt give a fuck about that diss song aimed at him not being taken off.
-
Damn Dre had that song dissing Ren on 2001
which one ?
-
interesting
-

which one ?
he didnt diss ren. ren was on 2001, and was supposed to be on "Bang Bang"

Ren gets dissed on the OG Whats The Difference with Hittman instead of Xzibit.
"Then I got these crab ass ni99as I first blew with, claiming they non violent talking like they ruthless" then what follows is also sort of a diss and is sorting dissing Cube too.
Xzibits verse also has something that might be considered as a diss: "shitting on villians by the millions".

That's kinda ambiguous.

I'll believe new Hittman material when I heart it, straight up.
Ben Baller actually had a Hittman mixtape, I got it somewhere. Hittman on Detox would really be something, maybe after that he'll finally drop an album, but I wouldnt be suprised if he dissapears for another 5 years.
-
Ben Baller is a good dude, but he's the same who said that "there's like 4 majors interested in picking up Hitt" so i'll believe it when i see it.
-
I doubt Hitt has got new Dre verses and beats and also doubt he is writing for Ice Cube and I doubt he will have an album released.
-
i wanna c hitt back
-
Hew Hittman material would be real dope. As far as that MC Ren thing goes, word he was supposed to be on "Bang Bang" but his verse got taken off. If you listen close though, that's him on the chorus going "Bang Bang, Bang Bang".
-
There's no real confirmation, but listen to the hook closely. Sounds like him.
-
interesting....i wonder who the guy is that supposedly is the reason Hittman's album didnt come out, and the reason Game almost didnt either? _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ that's the "hint" i guess he gives us
-
Shit i thought it was jimmy iovine who decides whos record gets released when, where, wherever, if ever
-
well, i would have to say either Mike Elizondo or Mauricio Iragorri. Those two seem to be the only ones with 8 letters in their name and have been around the longest
-

He did diss a former N.W.A. member IMO and i've been saying this for years and i even posted it on an Aftermath website a few years ago.
-
jimmy iovine was definatley the reason his stinking arse dosent give a fuck about the music man, we should all know that in this day in age it isnt the substance of the album its the quantity (money) it will get.
-
That's some real niiice shit...
-
i cant find ben ballers comments on that link!!!!

I guess it might be this guy. Mike Lynn, he's no longer with aftermath
Sony Urban Music and Columbia Records Group have announced a partnership with A&R Exec Mike Lynn.
Lynn will be in charge of signing and developing artists released on Sony Urban/Columbia, as well as his Big Ego Entertainment imprint.
"I'm happy to bring to Sony the best new and top-level Hip-Hop talent that everybody there can be excited about," said Mr. Lynn. "I believed this partnership will be stronger that any other out there in urban music."
Lynn started out as a Los Angeles DJ and in 1996 was asked to join Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment, where he was influential in the careers of such artists as 50 Cent, Eve, Game, Busta Rhymes and others.
"During his years with Dre at Aftermath, Mike played a key role in the development of some of the most important artists working today, while at the same time building up strong relationships through the business," commented Columbia Records President Steve Greenberg.
Lisa Ellis, General Manager of Sony Urban Music, also expressed her excitement in the new venture.
"It's a true pleasure to announce this groundbreaking deal. The entire Sony Urban Music team looks forward to working closely with Mike as we develop and produce the next wave of important artists."
Sony BMG is 50 percent owned by Bertelsmann A.G. and 50 percent owned by Sony Corporation of America.

uhm... jimmy iovene? No hit single No release. "how we do" saved games career

I know for a fact that Hittman did begin work on Detox, I heard one track...but that was almost 2 years ago. I've only spoken to him once or twice since then and we didn't speak about the Dre situation, but hopefully he's still penning stuff for it.
