Title: Dj Quik is tha shitt! i copped his album yesterday
Post by: Doggystylin on June 08, 2002, 09:34:43 AM: damn this shit is bangin, at first i wasnt it feelin it much cause its on a different vibe but yo, to all yall who dont feel it, it grows on you, this probably isnt one of his best but its a solid album, ill be bumpin this for a while.....props to quik for still doin this shit, i hope he still drops funky ass shit for years.

"Rhythm-al-ism" and "SAFE+SOUND" is MUCH better then his new album...i don't like under tha influence too much...i'll rate it 3.5...not a bad album...

I copped this album tuesday and I was like what the hell????? he could have done a little better but after giving it a few more listens It has really grown on me alot. This album is vintage Quik. Rhythmalism was better but still this album is a must get ;D

A solid lp, by the quikster...
I've been a fan since "Quik is the name"
so I know I won't and can't be dissapointed... ;)
I copped it on tuesday as well, but havn't had the time to peep it on a (sit and listen to it) consistant basis yet.
Tonight, I'll get faded as fuck, and set "Under the influence" as my soundtrack for the night....
you know how it goe's homie's.....the ladies love quik, and I'll be anything but that.

But from what I heard so far, it's vintage.

Yo did anyone else get the bonus "Live" cd with their copy?
I got a bonus live Cd, of Quik doing his greatest hit's......it's like 25 min, of Quik doing his thang live...I purchased my lp at the wherehouse.
I think it's an exclusive to those who purchase their lp's there.
Ask about it.
