Yo, Fred's site just got updated.  There is a grip load of news.  Tight news.  He talks about the new albums like Nate Dogg, Eastsidaz, Redman, Snoop's and more.  And there is some new pics too. So go peep it and see what's new with our man Fred Wrizzle.
