Title: Computer keeps restarting...Any help?
Post by: Now_Im_Not_Banned on August 24, 2005, 08:47:57 AM: Every 10-15 minutes my computer will start going slow, then randomly restart in the middle of whatever it was doing...Anyone know what the fuck the problem is or why my computer keeps doing this? Thanks in advance for any help...PeACe

did you add any new hardware or new software? if you did try taking it out/removing it

install the windows updates, you probably have a ton of viruses if you've never done them.. computer is probably owned to shit, probably better off formatting it

Yo dude, sounds like your've Blown your motherboard... Easyiest way to check is to open up your box and where the fan(s) are, they'll be resisters in a line on both sides check them out... if any of them appear to have like a brown / orange crust or dried liquid on it then they have blown...

my computer had a bad motherboard where the RAM modules fit in were messed up... all errors that happened were blamed on RAM and my computer couldn't pass a single RAM check of any kind
