Title: DJ Quik's "Under Tha Influence"

I thought this album was alright, I got it the other day, there's some dope tracks on it, not bad at all

what's your favorite tracks from it?

I like "Come 2Nyte"   "Put It On Me"   "Trouble"   "Get Loaded"    "Murda 1 Case" (that chorus is annoying though)  "Sex Crymee"

i love the whole thing. truth hurts and dj quik = great jams. the song they had on truth hruts album "not really looking" that was super dope as hell. and same as come 2nyte. of course put it on me. trouble took awhile for me to get used to. but i like it now. i like the whole thing

ye this album is dope, Come 2nyte, Put it on me, Murda 1 Case, Ev'ryday, 50 ways, Sex Crimee, Birds and Da Beez are the once I bump regual  8)

i know theres an original vesion of "50 Ways" but i heard there is a different version of "Come 2Nite" aswell, can any one confirm this? Album is slightly taken a notch down, for me because of the sound quality comprared to his other albums mixing and mastering, my joints are: "Get Tha Money", "Proem", "ONe On One", "Sex Crymee", "Get Loaded", of course "Trouble" the remix was hella tight too, dope cd, a little dissapointed at first but i learned to like it...its dope to me now, hopefully his new one is tighter!

the whole album jams 2 me...at 1st i didnt really like it much after the 1st listen... then like 3rd n 4th times it end up bein the 2nd quik album i can listen 2 all the way thru w/o skippin

i always hear people talk about the way this album sound... i always thought it was goin with the whole under the influence scheme or whatever...kuz the album sounds completely different when u r on tore back status than it does when u sober...especially sex crymee...its only 3 other albums that sorta sound like this album...mc ren shock of the hour, dr. dre the chronic n mc eiht's death threatz

Great CD as usual by Quik.  I wish the sound quality was a little better though.

50 Ways, Sex Crimee, Trouble, and Put it on me are my favorite joints on that album.

Real dope album...Trouble, Come 2nyte, Get Loaded, 50 Ways, Sex Crymee, & Quik's Groove 6 are my favorites...

i don't really like this album at all... production isn't Quik-standard at all IMO...

i like about 5-6 songs on the album (Come 2nyte, Get Loaded, Get Tha Money, Murda 1 Case, Sex Crimee)...

to put it in another way: if this was another artiste, it'd be an average/slightly belove average album... but when it's DJ Quik, it's not good at all....

Compare this to Rhytm-Al-Ism and Balance & Options... it's crap compared...

Trauma's gonna be great tho!

Best Lp from Quik since His debut, don't give a shit he doesn't really like it. And the peeps complaining about the sound quality must have a different version from me, mine sounds priitty daaarn crisp.
