how about being able to prop people once per thread per hour but no limits on threads. because when people upload a bunch of shit and i can only prop them 1nce an hour they dont get all the props i ment to give them.

what's the cap on props here? Other places it's like 10 per 24 hours...

so, theoretically, you could prop unlimited times, as long as you didn't hit the same person back in an hour?
Or you can only prop one person each hour? So in a 24 hour period, you can prop a MAX 24 times?

you can prop as many people as you want in an hour, but you cant prop the same person over and over.
