A story from front to back, kinda like Sticky Fingaz did with Black Trash. Production by some dope underground producers, bringing both dope westcoast tunes and harder new york style beats. Maybe some stuff by Salaam Remi or LES the way Nas had on Street's Disciple. Maybe one or two dancable songs that could get some play in the clubs, without turning 'em into candybar raps. Guest appearances by R.A. The Rugged Man, Nas, King Tee, Royce da 5'9", A Tribe Called Quest, Method Man & Redman, Erick Sermon, Tha Alkaholiks, Ninthe, dead prez, Sticky Fingaz and Common. I'd produce a compilation, I'd have some big names on there. I'd co-produce with Dre, Quik, Rick Rock.
And I'd have them spit a verse each, maybe Nas & Jay too. Then I'd load it up with underground artists who deserve more shine (XL Middleton, TTH, Arsen, Potent Poets, Vic Vodka, Mac Mall, Sean T, ect)
oh and I'd get E-40 to 'host' it.

Production wise, id have Dre, Soopafly and either Alchemist or Jelly Roll....
As for rappers, id bring back Yuk and Numb and Dru Down as the main artists ;D then have some features from likes of Richie Rich, Tash, B-Legit, etc...

2. Black (Blackstar, Black Thought) A song about black culture
3. Green (BTNH, Snoop) About mary jane
4. Orange (Mauzip, Mr. LowRide, Small Snitch Seyss) About dutch pride
5. Purple (Cam'Ron & Dipset) (no way would i actually put this on my album!)
6. Yellow (DJ Yella spinnin, Jin spittin') This could be a song about China's comeup, if Jin could pull it off
7. Blue (Snoop, Kurupt, WC) A gangsta song about crip gangs
8. White (Eminem, Eyedea, Slug) A song about being a white rapper.. duh
9. Grey (Jean Grey, Macy Gray) This could be like a soulful up-tempo song

^^ yeah, at least ten years I´d say, but she never blew up. She was with a crew called Natural Ressources in the 90´s, they split up around 2000 and later she released a bunch of stuff, like "The Bootleg of the Bootleg EP" and the album "This Week". The CDs ain´t classic or something, but she´s great, def worth checking out

what about an album with concept songs? U can have an album called "Colors" or somethin like that
1. Red (Red Cafe, Redman, Redeyez) This song could be about communism
2. Black (Blackstar, Black Thought) A song about black culture
3. Green (BTNH, Snoop) About mary jane
4. Orange (Mauzip, Mr. LowRide, Small Snitch Seyss) About dutch pride
5. Purple (Cam'Ron & Dipset) (no way would i actually put this on my album!)
6. Yellow (DJ Yella spinnin, Jin spittin') This could be a song about China's comeup, if Jin could pull it off
7. Blue (Snoop, Kurupt, WC) A gangsta song about crip gangs
8. White (Eminem, Eyedea, Slug) A song about being a white rapper.. duh
9. Grey (Jean Grey, Macy Gray) This could be like a soulful up-tempo song
10. Brown (B Real, 2Mex, ChinoXL) This song should be rapped in spanish about latino culture
