were those two shitty ass tracks produced by just blaze. jb must must not like the west coast. those were the shittiest beats that i ve ever heard just blaze produce. they dont even fit the albums vibe.
games must have got those 2 beats for free , its the only explaination
-
I think that "Church For Thugs" is one of the best beats on the album :) It bangs in your stereo like a mofo'!
I basically like all the beats they've used for this album, except for Dreams. That's just "okay" in my opinion...Kanye could've given him something a lot better I think.

that song with faith evans was played out fast

Don't Need Your Love and How We Do
-
Special and Don't worry... Two corny ass muhfuccas. Don't need your love is a close third. I'm just glad Special and Don't Worry are near the end of the disk - I'll skip straight to Like Father Like Son, which is a class track.

Don't Need Your Love and How We Do
again mauz proved he has one wierd ass taste.Dont Need Your Love is one of my fav tracks on the album.i agree with the thread starter.thos Just Blaze beats are wack
-
Don't Need Your Love and How We Do

-
just blaze tracks r okay... game killed em both
special is the same case
beat is okay not too good but game killed it
special shoulda had a dre beat cause game and nate killed it

Those 2 Just Blaze tracks sounded more west coast then all of the other tracks, plus they're dope.As for my least favorite tracks, here they are:The Documentary, We Ain't & Like Father, Like Son.We Ain't is just terrible,as for the other 2,the first time I heard them I felt like Ive heard the same beats like 1000 times.
-
everything was banging on the album imo
-
Hate it or love it and How we do
i like the hate it or love it gggggggg-mix better
-
Special and No More Fun and Games.
-
I thought the 2 Just Blaze tracks were hot. When I first heard them they were okay but they really grew on me. I thought "Church For Thugs" was better than "No More Fun And Games" but they are both quality tracks.
Anyways, my 2 least fav. tracks on the album are "Dreams" and "Where Im From". "Dreams" is a nice track but comin' from Kayne and Game it coulda been alot better than the finished product. Same goes for "Where Im From". I thought this was a nice track but comin' from Game and Nate on the same track it coulda been alot better IMO. I guess I just had very high expecations for this track when I seen the tracklist wit a song called "Where Im From" ft. Nate Dogg.

Exactly how I feel. No complaints what so ever.
But although Special is a good track in my opinion, I really don't care for the fact that every single album that comes out these days must have at least one of these songs "for the ladies".
-
Sorry homie, but the two Just Blaze tracks were like the hardest songs on the album. A lot of people shit on the "No More Fun and Games" track because they don't know what to make of the beat. When i first heard it, I imediately was on it 'cause I remembered it from a old EPMD song "Stricktly For My People" that i hadn't heard in years.(Heat) Now for the songs that get the fast forward, Special (I'm about tired of the I Love U Songs) and This Is How We Do (I played it out) get my votes.
-
Special and Don't worry, the one with Mary J is very far from Dre beat standard. He has "only" 5 five beats on it , he should pick a better beat. The Just Blaze tracks are dope, he's the most versatile of the top beatmakers if u ask me
-

speical and don't worry are garbage. Didn't mind don't need your love though

I just heard this album for the first time the other day......
it's not great, and there are some weak tracks.... only a handful to me are bangers, a couple good, and some bad
but anyone calling him the King of LA off THIS records is an idiot

What? Where I'm From easily is my favorite song off the album!

True. I shouldn't have put it as a "close" third because I don't mind hearing that song. Unlike Special and Don't Worry. Still, Don't Need Your Love is not on par with the rest of the album.
-
so far the only ones I think are really good are "Where I'm From", "Westside Story", "Put You On The Game", "Higher"
-
Where im from and special.
-
yall still listening to this album??? i stoped playing a month after i got it....no replay value whatsoever
but i dont remeber listening to the yayo track...dont even remember how it goes
peace
-
the main one I don't really really care for is "Special"
-
just blaze tracks
i think just blaze is overrated
-
"Runnin" I don't like, I'm very dissapointed at that Hi-Tek beat, since he's one of my favorites :-\

i don't quite understand why you wouldn't like that Hi-Tek beat. Runnin' was one of the highlights of the album for me.
-
i dunno how ppl dont like hate it or love it and how we do jus cuz 50 was on there they hatin no the whole songs n shit thats kinda gay cuz how we do is hot or was hot lol
-
just blaze tracks
i think just blaze is overrated
I think it's the contrary. Everyone speaks about Kanye, Tunes, Storch, Lil John but not enough about Blaze. He may have less hits but he's at least as good as others and way more consistent
-
Special was one of the best songs on the album yall crazy Nate killed the hook and the beat was dope
-

Hate It Or Love It is a tight track, it's just that all the airplay and video play and everything, you've heard it a million times.... if it was not a single, it woulda been much more enjoyable
and How We Do is a dope beat, but the lyrics are half-assed and 50 Cent is gay and the G-Unit yelling..... I'd be embarrased to bump this one

Don't Need Your Love and How We Do
Foo Fresh 83 was a sick ass track looks like u like to get down like syndrom
-
Where im from is sick, and the just blaze sogns were sick. Especially the one where the last verse hes lyke counting down. "8 years after Randy Moss caught his first touchdown for the Vikings" i liked how he did that whole timeline thing
3 seconds before the song is over!
-
Special and No More Fun and Games.
gotta be my 2 also. And i dont know what the fuck these bitches is talkin about. I dont need your luv is one of the most realest songs ive heard in a long long time. That shit strikes a chord with me everytime i listen to that mufucka, i guess its too street for allot of these popcorn cats who like special and shit. Specials a failed duplication of 21 questions

agree. I expected more from a nate feature. I was feeling the just blaze joints.
