Title: Creating your own ringtones (for Verizon Wireless)
Post by: Quadruple OG on September 11, 2005, 05:15:25 PM
since verizon does not have many real options for real tones (lookin for more west coast ringtones) I am wondering if there is a way to create your own ringtones.  I know that the files are .MID files, however I don't know how to create them.  I'm pretty sure after I create a .MID, then I would e-mail it to my phone.

Does anyone know how to do this for sure?

go to http://www.freeringers.net
and it has software to convert mp3s from your computer to other types of files your phone might support, from there (depending on your phone), you can send it via picture message and save it to your phone,
ony my phone it didnt work
but tried it on my moms LG and I tested out DJ- Quik trouble and it worked out really good
