Title: Question about Track #9 on the Quik Album...

I was hoping maybe someone could help me out. I was listening to the Quik album, and came accross track #9.  Now I could have sworn I've heard this beat before, but can't figure out who's it by.  Can someone help me out?

I Think Its Similar To The 'Murder Murder' Beat With Pac And Eminem (Remix) Im Not Sure On The Original Beat Used In The Remix
