well... you did say better over all... not better over all qb.  i'd go with vick... he's got speed, an arm, and jukes.

Vick is the without a doubt the hardest player to prepare for if youre a defensive coordinator. He presents SO many problems. Defenses HATE going against a quarterback who can run, let alone...one that can run better then most running backs in the league. He's a nightmare plain and simple. With that bein said, its still Manning lol. Manning is just so good. He has the best arm in the league, and probably is the smartest quarterback in the league. he reads the Defense better then ANYone. whats crazy is, almost anytime he audibles at the line, he makes the perfect call for whatever defense is being played. What Vick has going him is, he has room to improve. Manning is as good as he is going to be. Vick can still improve his passing ability and reading defenses. If he does that, he'll be unSTOPable.

definetly peyton manning its just too bad he sucks whenever hes in a game with the patriots
