Title: Snoop isn't enough high for High times ?

I'm surprised....snoop dogg the stoner of the year 2001 winner is not on T.H.C. vol.1 compilation by high times?
I thought snoop was the first to be on it.
However,this album is tight!

yeah this sounds tight. Is it out in stores? Or do I have to order it over the internet?

The RZA track is straight fire, definitely the best track on there!!
