Title: Whats A Good DVD re-encoding Program?

im using DVD Shrink, but it came kind of shitty (the Night At Roxbury DVD was kind of in shitty quality too, but it played fine on my comp) What else is free, and available to d/l on the net? someone told me some site and free program but i forgot it...any one got any suggestions?
