Title: Romania under waters..2nd time?

Damn...it's been more than 24 hours since it started raining, and they say that the situation is the same in the whole country...and the same cities that were under water 4 months ago, now are again  :'( :'(

I love the rain, i'm a poet, but fuck that, i don't want to see people crying again for their houses

we had the same shit in Switzerland like a month ago...you can´t compare the two countries of course, but I know the situation. It sucks, yeah
