Title: How do you create moving GIFs?

I always see people post up moving GIFs that are like mini videos or moving pictures. How do you create these? Are there any programs available that would allow me to create one of these that would be somethin like a small slideshow? The main reason I want to do it is because Facebook has it where you can only put up one picture, and I wanted to do a lil small video clip or slideshow type thing with diff pictures on it.

I do it with Adobe Premiere 6.0, its a big software though

i have no idea, when i want a gif i´ll either jack them or ask a guy over at hiphopcartel.com to make me one.
