VH1 just wants a little bit of the money hiphop is bringing into the music scene... nobody at or affiliated with VH1 has ever given a shit about hiphop traditionally, they used to even ridicule it on commercials a few years ago. Their whole marketing scheme was "Don't wanna hear bullshit hiphop? Listen to us!". calling it "Honors" is insulting, because they don't honor hiphop.

P.S., I hope you understand I'm not defending hiphop, because I think the 'artform' as a whole has become a joke, I just equally think it's a joke that VH1 would act like they honor hiphop.

yeah i feel you on this,vh1 is none but bullshit.Anyway ive recorded the re run on mtv base.That show wasnt great at all to me u know but as soon as i get it ready to upload,ill up it..The good part was the Big dady kane one.He ripped the show with his lil dance at the end.The funniest/laughable part, i think, was for kanye West with his lil back head moooves lolol ,wtf was this dude tryin to do? weird dude yo!

The rest of the show pretty much sucked though. The triple DJ thing was funny though, with Jazzy Jeff making it look so easy whilst Kid Capri & Grandmaster Flash both screwed it up a couple of times.
