Smokey was the friend that lived across the street so a lot of the jokes were based off them getting together and ragging on other people around the neighborhood. Day Day was the the family member that always got into some shit, so most of the jokes were ragging on him. Everyone can relate to the "just chillin on the porch with your friend" scene, whereas some people might not have a weird ass cousin that they chill with.

But yes, Mike Epps did play the part pretty well.

I dunno, of course he'll be funny, but Chappelle doesnt have the physical comedy down liek Chris Tucker. But fuck it, he's the only guy i can think of.
