Wow...I see why you're such a genius basketball head! It's much better to be a Washington Wizard and play behind Gilbert "At least 40 fga a night" Arenas when you're an offensive minded point guard...Chucky Atkins for MVP. Washington Wizards 2006 NBA champs. :-*

In an extended interview in Sunday's Washington Post, Kwame had a lot to say about his rocky stay in D.C., his bruised relationship with Gilbert Arenas and what he claims is the real reason for his suspension during last season's playoff series against the Bulls. Kwame says he was never sick after Game 3 against the Bulls (the given reason at the time for his skipping practice the next day) but that he was a no-show because he was so upset with Arenas that he was afraid he would attack Gil if he saw him.
Kwame claims that Arenas told Eddie Jordan to not put Kwame back into the game (Jordan and Gil both deny it). "The thing is, the whole thing stems from Gilbert telling them not to put me in the game. I didn't come to practice because I was going to be a distraction. I was going to slap the (expletive) out of him," Brown says in the article. "I'll admit it, what I did was wrong -- not showing up was wrong - but I ain't saying what I would've done if I showed up would've been right. Being that I didn't show up I didn't put my hands on nobody. How a teammate, a supposed friend, would go to a coach and tell him don't put me in a game, I would've done something seriously wrong to him."
