This is Redman's funkiest album of all time....and progress from here..

His album's start to decress in subject from here on, but his flow olny progresses...Copp all of his shit.
You won't be dissapointed.

Redman is the bomb as far as flow and freestyle is perfromed.

let me put it down for ya like this:

Whut? Thee Album - nothing but pure funk right there. An Atomic Dog sample in half of the songs.

Dare Iz A Darkside - his darkest album eva. He sounds froightening indeed. Plus he did most of the production himself, and you bes believe its all smoked out.

Muddy Waters - the album of choice for a West Coast fan. This album got vibe man.

El Nino (with E Sermon & K Murray) - plain New York rap. battling and heavy sampling

Doc's Da Name 2000 - in fact his most consistent album. Purest production, versatility, much humour in lyrics, raw vibes. Platinum on wax AND in the streets.

Blackout! (with Meth) - musically, something between El Nino and Docs Da Name. Lyrically, How High the prequel.

Malpractice - an experiment. 40 % of the album are electronic tracks for dancefloor, 60 % - Erick Sermon funk with all samples looking alike. Strictly for the fans

Now chhoose yoself homey

i'd say Dare Iz A Darkside. That album is very raw. But because of that it is mad dope. Go cop that one.

;) ;) ;)

Muchas gracias y'all.

I previewed Muddy Waters on cdnow.com and Iam definitely picking that one up. I will probably get Doc's Da Name and Malpractice or any other of his albums if there are in the used section but Iam definitely copping muddy waters.

Yeah, and I forgot to tell ya that Waters has 3 or 4 vocal samples from Snoop (Afro Puffs extended Remix w/Snoop & Dre, Big Pimpin by Tha Dogg Pound and so on) and a sample from Jayo Felony (Niggas & Bitches) so YA BETTA KNOW IT'S HOTT!!!

;D

Update for y'all, I got these Redman albums

Malpractice
Doc's The Name 2000
and of course Muddy Waters

and this is one of the few times where all the cd's I bought at once are all tight to me. I must say I got more respect more Erick Sermon now, I never really got into his producing but damn he is an underrated producer y'all and Redman is a dope ass lyricist.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

yeah homie, get Muddy Waters. Redman is from the east but that album has nothing but a westcoast vibe to it. The producing is off the hook!!!!!!!!!
Classic all the way, well worth the $$$$$$$, I got mine for 15 bucks and I don't regret it. Malpractice and Doc's the name are tight too but u gotta get Muddy Waters

Fuuuuck, get a life boy!
The whole thing about thisthread is that Muddy waters is a perfect CD for a West Coast listener to sink into New Jersey rap. Read the whole thread b4 shitting on it!  >:(
