I wouldn't doubt that Pac has written to mayors, and senators, presidents. But his forum was his music, that's how he connected with the world, he didn't need to write a letter. Yo, and Fabulous is a 3rd rate Mase. IMO, but I give you props for supporting him with conviction, Peace.
