If you go to cdnow.com and search for Indipendet game this is what you will find:

Tha Independent Game
DVD   $13.97
Expected Release Date: May 14, 2002
Region 1 encoding (for use in US and Canada only)

I don't know if this is the daz' s dvd or not,but could be.....

Kronik from dpgrecordz.com ( :P) told me that cdnow got official copies of the dvd and vhs for indipendent game.
Maybe who order from cdnow will receive the dvd sooner than with dpg recordz
