Hopefully, all of you will have heard Marlon's summer banger "Happy", featuring Suga Free, produced by Big Saccs fka Dazzie Dee.

Now Dubcnn.com, Geed Up, Laneway & Big Saccs have teamed up to bring you the official "Happy Remix" contest. Here are the rules:
Tempo: 112 bpm
Key of song: D# Minor.
All remixs will be judged by Big Saccs, Suga Free, Bumpus, Lou Dawg and the rest of the Geed Up staff.
The winner will have the official remix plus the hosted website will co-host Marlon's mixtape titled: Mixtape..."The album" on Geed Up/Laneway...
Final date to submit: Nov.11th
Winner announced: Nov.18th

What up...Yes yor are right...Whoever wins will have the official remix and if its a producer from this site Dubcnn will co-host Marlon's mixtape...called: Mixtape..."The Album" released on Geed Up/Laneway Records I'm halfway done with it and its Fiyah...I'm just trying to show love to up and coming producers cause thats what its about "giving new talent a chance" anyway enough of me running my mouth...Here's a new link for the vocals...

what program did you use ?

cut the samples up in soundforge, made the beat in fruityloops, arranged it, mixed it in acid...sampled a halloween sfx tape, a few strings from the premo kit someone here made. mostly 808 drum kit. i think the version i upped was a crappy mix, i re did it a few more times.
