if youz asking who sampled this beat before, then the answer is "XM".  On one of the comercials they had snoop on it and they were playin this beat in the backround.  



I still don't quite get what you askin.  but if this is what you meant, then I hope I was of some help.

If i'm not wrong snoop use the same sample of wc's Betta Days song on TELL ME WHAT U REALLY WANT,am i wrong?
