Tash-great rapper, scarse fan base
Del-same as above

<------------Big L....the biggest loss in hop-hop history, Due to the fact that his potential was never reached.
and he never lived to see his sucess and accolades he recieves.
His first album recieved 4 mics....in the source.
Although the material he blessed us with is more than enough to put L down as a great in this thing we love called hip-hop.
his witty lines and almost perfect bragadoucious flow's were a thing of beauty, and his skill to freestyle was unquestioned.
He deserves to go down as a great.

I'll try to stray away from the usual suspects this time:
U.G.K. - Highly underrated group from the South.
Twista - Untouchable flow and is also a nice MC.
Styles - The grimey motherfucker from The Lox. I can't see how Jada got a solo album before him.
Tech N9ne - Incredible MC with flows and concepts to match.
Devin - Hot flow, hook-master and his last album was tight.
-
snoop dogg ... his albums should sell diamond insted of platinum.. people is bootleggin to much..
nah.. im just playin
-
DJ QUIK....still doesnt get his due....some of the best beats around and very solid albums......he should be considered one of the best in the whole fucking industry
-
I agreez with
Tray Deee - But not that Goldie Loc sucks though.
Bad Azz
Xzibit
Ras Kass
Tash
U.G.K.
Twista
Styles
Devin the Dude
And I would like to add:
Pharoahe Monch - It's a shame he don't get broader recognition.
Saafir - Will hopefully blow along with The Golden State project.
Havoc - Always played the supporting shot-caller in the background.
Beanie Siegel - Dope rapper, overshadowed by Jigga
Busta Rhymes - Underrated
Royce 5'9 - Will hopefully push units
Sticky Fingaz - Labeltales, mad underrated
Noreaga - Finally on a big label
W.C. - The underground hero.
Goldie Loc - Dunno why people hate on him
Hittman - Shoulda been huge by now
Mista Grimm - Dayum, THE improvement
Method Man - One of the rappers with the best flow.
-

Havoc - Always played the supporting shot-caller in the background.
MOST underatted producer in rap

DJ Quik~One of tha pioneers of gangsta rap IMO. He layz down ill beatz on damn near every track. And one of tha most versatile musicianz in tha game by FAR.
Scarface~People seem to have forgotten him. But he a real legend in rap music. Maybe tha first tah really put tha south on tha map.
E-40~Tha ultimate "trend setter". This muhafuckaz style is copied so fukin much, its ridiculous. Frum Poppin Collaz, To Slang...everybody uses SUMthin that was brought to us by E-40.
Badazz~seriously slept on. Hes tight as hell on tha mic, and onna freestyle. Didnt get anywhere NEAR tha amount of recognition it should have.
Jayo Felony~Been doin it since 94. Versatile flow, can rap on any beat...which alotta rappers these dayz lack. Hard gangsta and also set alotta trendz in tha west. Who gotcha smokin tha "shermmmm sticcck..."? lol
Del Tha Funky Homosapien~Alwayz been a fan of this dood. But he neva quite got over tha hump as far as big record sales. Hes tight as hell tho, wit a real unique style.
Kam~One of tha tightest westcoast artists ever IMO. "Made In America" is a fukin classic in my eyez. He spits real shit, alotta times shit that people DONT wanna hear because itz truth. But Public Enemy had that problem at one time too.
Thas all i can think of righ now...but shit, theres a TON of people who could make thiz list...

THE LADY OF RAGE!
see even y'all forgot about her! she's got some seriously dope skills on the mic. She been puttin it down since the chronic, and i've never ever heard her come off wack.

Nothing more than the Diggy Diggy D.O.C.
*turns around and leaves as Funky Enough plays*
Remember he taught Snoop how to write, and wrote most of Dre's O.G. Chronic lyrics.
