Yo What up Ive been gone for a while But Thats due to getting Signed To a deal My album is dropping first Quarter next year And Im Putting the finishing touches on my new mixtape next week. well I signed to an indie with major players we have the ex CEO of MCA & Warner Brothers And if you guys remember Caviar (TrueCRime Streets of LA) Game He's Doing Some Of my production aswell Im trying to get Kurupt For A hook on My West Coast Homage Song Cavies Connected so Ill ask him To see What His prices Range From But Im Big Uppin Dubcc My Goal is to Go Gold/Platinum Independent And with our Connections I think we will

the first TRU album with P,C & Silkk sold 400k independently(P had a BIG buzz at the time) and i donīt mean to get on your shit or anything but thereīs no way that youīll sell 500k indie these days. those years when you could put out shit totally indie without a big indie distributor and still sell are long gone and just to let you know Soulja Rags which was Juveīs first album on Cash Money moved 200k indie and from what iīve heard it had a huge buzz in Louisiana. so maybe you should try to aim at more reasonable numbers. like i said i aint tryin to knock you or anything but maybe you should be a lil bit more realistic, for example Jim Jones 2 albums havenīt even scanned 500k to date and heīs had videos all over MTV and worked with several platinum artists and shit.

^^^^I agree. I respect what you're doing and I'm glad to see that things are starting to pop off, but thinking of going gold on an indie is not an option. Even Common's last album, which got released on a major, has "only" sold 670,000 copies, and he's already an established artist with videos on MTV/BET.
So with you dropping a debut album on an indie (with probably no video I assume (which is normal)?), I don't think you should set your expectations that high. The higher you set them, the more you can be disappointed, you know?

Are you or your label open for beats.and can you let me know how much kurupt is charging just for a hook,and verses ect.
