haha i saw the still dre cd single at the local store for only 1 dollar, but its only got the radio version on the cd. anyone know the differences between the radio and LP version? sometimes the radio versions of songs sound better. but yeah someone let me know
-
Obviously the radio version has all the cuss words cut out .. ?
-
^yeah.. its pretty obvious
-
well yeah i know that, but if anyone could lay out the lyrics for the clean version, thatd be cool.
-
The SP version of the song doesn't have helicopters at the end either.
-
alright yeah, i ugess there arent even many cuss words in the original, so probably not a big difference at all.
-
probably off topic but I know that the radio version of bitch please sounds a lil bit different
-
yeah thats what i meant when i orignally started this topic.. like to live and die in LA radio sounds way better. the video version of toss it up sounds way better. some songs just sound better without cussing.

yeah so does C.R.E.A.M video/single version...It sounds more mastered and it seems like Decks and Raekwons flow is better.

Yeah sometimes in radio versions they have titer flows, like Daz's In California sounds way titer than the version with cussing in the NWA Legacy compilation.
-

There are actually a lotta songs where the radio version sounds different than the LP version, and not just from the lyrics. DMX's energy was different on the radio version of "Ruff Ryders anthem", the beat was better (to me) on the radio version of Still a G Thang, and the video versions of songs can be different too like 2Pac's I ain't mad at ya. There are a few other songs like this but I can't think of em off hand.
