Title: Where is this Warreng/foesum/twinz song from??

I downloaded a song by Warren G, Foesum and The Twinz called 'Pass it on'. Is it on a CD or what????
I just want to know if it is rare because ive searched 4 it again and again to get it in better quality and can't find it anywhere.
