Title: How do I load emulators and Rom onto my X Box?

I've got it modded and got a bigger hard drive put in.  I haven't downloaded any roms or emulators yet and was just wondering if there was a special way I had to burn them on a disc and how exactly I load them onto my X Box hard drive.
