ive only listened to 187 He Wrote.. i thought id pick it up out of the $2 section at a local used cd, video game, and movie store. it was listenable but don't think its a classic. anyway, welcome to dubcc

Yeah, I second that. I picked up that tape back in high school when "Triggaz Got No Heart" was getting a lot of rotation on radio, and I still have it today. Pretty good record - "Triggaz/Niggaz Got No Heart" and the title track are amazing, easily two of his best songs ever.
I haven't listened to a whole lot of his stuff since, though, because something's always disturbed me about him: Ever notice how much he recycles the same rhymed phrases? "TEC in the bushes/more mail than the rest of the pushers" and stuff like that, it kinda made me get tired of his stuff early on. He has an incredible machine-gun flow, but he needs to find more stuff to say.

187 He Wrote is his best overall, his best production wise is AmeriKKKa's Nightmare.

I liked his first five albums the best and after listening more to Immortalized it's started to grow on me.
