Any basketball fan has to appreciate the poetry in motion on the court when the pistons play. They will go down as one of the most underrated team era's in history, even though they made it to the finals two years in a row, and most likely a third this year. I'm not here to start a bragging thread, it's just exciting for a fan like me to watch this team excell even after Larry Brown left. That's my piece, peace.

Detroit has a strong teaml, they're just not THE strongest, as proven last year.
-
i don't hate the pistons like i hate other teams but around the time Joe Dumars retired as a player and Grant Hill left the team i haven't cared much for them.
-
They still rock, but somehow people ain't really checkin out for them so far, I don't know why.

It's because the media overrates Miami.
-
You know what...all i hear is how "detriot gets no respect"..fuck that shit.....I don't think ANY NBA team this season thinks Detriot is going to be an easy opponent..Nigga please....they aint under-rated or over-rated. THEY'RE A GOOD FUCKIN TEAM.

i luv the pistons...
i tried lookin for a Ben Wallace jersey here in tdot and after going thru like 20 different stores, i found one store that had it...but it was too big on me :(

For being the only undefeated team in the league they aren't talked about much is what i'm getting at. But, they usually fly under the radar which is dope, and then bust some ass. They're gonna be hard to beat this year. I honestly think they look better this year than they did last, we'll see if we can make it 7-0 tonight, peace.
-
the pistons are simply the most complete and consistent team in the NBA.
I think they'll definitly go to the finals, and beat the Spurs this time.
-
They were down 10 after the first half and went on to win by 15, chauncey, rip, and sheed tore it up, 7-0, peace.
-
The Spurs are the same way out West. The Lakers get all the attention...even in years like this when they are down. Everybody knows SA and Detroit have two great teams, but the media chooses to focus of Miami (because of the roster), LA (Phil/Kobe), and hell, even the Knicks (Larry Brown)

THE PISTONS DON'T HAVE NO EXCITING PLAYERS TO THE CASUAL BASKETBALL FAN, AND AS OF NOW THEY ARE THE BEST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE,BUT PEOPLE DON'T SAY "DAMN I NEED TO WATCH THAT PISTONS GAME TONIGHT, RIP IS GONNA BE GOING BEHIND SCREENS LIKE CRAZY,AND SHEED IS GONNA GET T'D UP" THAT JUST don't happen yell
-
Yo, that's what I LIKE about the Pistons! They're a team! It's not built around one sweet player - it's a bunch of guys who pull it all together and pull their weight. Reminds me of the Red Sox last year. No one player could have pulled it off, but together they flow!
