I found 2 recipies for the real sizzurp:

Promethazine w/Codeine syrup
Any fruit flavored soda
A jolly rancher

The second is the same, but vodka, rum or both are added in the mix.

Whatever floats your boat I guess...

if you want real sizzurp you gotta go get prescription cough syrup, its easy as hell, then pour a little (or lot) in some grape soda, u can use sprite too and throw some jolly ranchers in.
