Did lil wayne actually gain some lyrical skills? Is his voice still annoying or can he actually flow? How's the production?

P.S. I am dead serious and in no way am I being sarcastic...I been hearing people talk about this album for a while now...

well i always thought he had lyrical skills..he was just missing content...but i think in tha carter 2 he actually has content and the production great IMO.

I love that line
