well it's almost 9am here and I'm in for a day of heavy lifting and loud machinery. So I don't think I'll be getting any silence lol. I got some crown royal in my bench, that might help lol.

ive had like like 4-5 concussions(the first was a major grade 4 concussion) from playin rugby over the past 3 yrs

^Fuck...it actually sounds kind of scary. Any particular reasons for migraines or most people just usually have them?
