yea.. he gonna make a cover off The Parliaments song We Got The Funk.. and he gonna re-record the song togher with The Parliament. the song will be on the soundtrack to the movie "Undercover brother"..



this sounds dope   8)

Snoop Dogg, P. Diddy and the St. Lunatics have loaned their voices to a remix of Jermaine Dupri and Ludacris's "Welcome to Atlanta." ... Speaking of the D-O-Double-G, the laid-back rapper remade the Parliament hit "We Got the Funk" on "Give Up the Funk (Tear the Roof Off the Sucker)" for his upcoming movie "Undercover Brother," which opens May 31. Parliament's Bootsy Collins will contribute instrumentals to the soundtrack, due May 21. ...

However,this year snoop will be out with a studio album(this summer)and on 3 or 4 soundtracks.

I saw a preview for Indercover Brother last nite, it stars Eddie Griffin, and it looks funn as fuck, It kinda reminds me of Austin Powers.  They played that song for about 5 seconds, and it sounded very similar to the original, I think it'll just be a remake of it, with snoop rappin, but at least it's funky!!!
