Damn man....I REALLY miss The Box!  B.E.T. plays the same mainstream shit all the time, so does MTV.  The Box always gave underground and lesser known artists a chance to shine cause WE PICKED THE VIDEOS!   When will you ever see an Eazy-E video play on any other channel, or any other gangsta song without half the words being deleted or shit that's blurred out all over the t.v. screen......I just wish they'd bring The Box back to replace that MTV2 bullshit.

Word, The Box was the bomb. I remember requesting shit up in there and they actually played it. BET and MTV need to do that sometimes too.

hahaha i remember that shit, i had it like three years ago before it left our local area, but i was always the nigga that had to pay to see the snoop dogg video... stupid ass bitches... i requested still dre like tons of times

damn. i been missing the box ever since it went off the air. cause BET just playz the same stuff over & over again, just like you were sayin. the box also was good for up & coming talent to promote. i never even watched BET until the box went off the air, only comic view & sometimes rap city.

we still get the Box in the UK, but its waaaay different to how it used to be. Now its all pop shit just like mtv, never anything different. Probably because its sponsored by a kids music magazine 'smash hits'.

yet again, bigwigs and thier money messing up our selection of music :(

We get the box here in the UK....but it's whack as hell! I stick to MTV Base.....thats the closest music channel to play decent hip-hop video's....MTV2 used to play alot of underground hip-hop at night too...but it doesn't seem to anymore  :P

uK box is so awful, they only ever have a few rap song on each year.
