upon request you have been removed as a moderator from the Fantasy Label forum.
You abused your power by deleting 15 (and thats your number) posts by your supposed fellow moderator.

I just want to tell you that Infinite made 15 posts that were meaningless, and I thought they were flooding the board. If you didn't see it what he did was put a thread for each persons lable for you to go in and vote. I thought it was confusing fot the voters to go back and forth to check the rosters, and the first way I held the voring was easier...Well if ya wanna delete me that's fine....Just remember, I didn't delete these 15 threads for no reason, I was tryna make it easier for the voters, and make more space on the board and not have meaningless threads...

The dude's never on....I sent him an Email and a message, and after abou 1 hour I had to delete all the Voting Posts he did because it was confusing to the people...I regret not waiting till he got on and I appoligized...But he took to long to get on that I had to do it before more people got confused!!!
this is what he did for the voting process:
(Thread)Check here for Lable number 1
(inside the thread) ....
(Thread) Check Here for Lable number 2
(inside the thread) ....
(Thread) Check Here for Lable number 3
(inside the thread) ....
(Thread) Check here for Lable number 4....
(inside the thread) ....
He did 15 of those and I found that very confusing and a waste of posts, because people had to go back and forth to check the rosters, my way was 50 times easier...Plus it was realy flooding teh board....I know I should've wated for him to come on, but he never comes on and more people were seing it..so I just had to delete it..I never imagined him getting mad after I sent him an Email and a Message explaining why I had to delete them....But whatever, have it YOUR way....

my personal opinion on this matter:
Now_i_know shouldn't of deleted all those posts only after waiting an hour....he should've waited until he got a responce from infinate to do anything they're a team and they should use team work, IMO i think both ways of voting were very good...although now_i_know is just tryin to help he needs to know that that was wrong to do, it's your board and you can do with him what you want but i don't think he should be deleted forever maybe suspened for a lil bit if you got to punish him and also i think you or So much style should take his place until you decide to put him back in cuz that board is confusing enough right now...we really do need 2 moderators there, peace

I think NIK should have talked about it to his fellow moderator. He acted as if he owned that section of the board and acted as if infinite's post weren't important. However I do agree with that fact that infinite isn't on as much as NIK. Seeing as though NIK probably spends most of his day on the comp.

I'm A Moderator, And What I Would Have Done If I Dissagreed Like Now_I_Know Did, Was Reply To A Post Saying That We'd Have The Voting Up In A Few Hours, Then Lock All The Posts, Instead Of Deleting Them. Then When You Figured Out Which Way The 2 Of You Want To Do It, Unlock Them! Simple As That, It Must Have Taken Infinite An Hour To Do Those.. LOL...
But Whatever; I Thought It Was Kind Of A Bitch Move That Now_I_Know Took The Fantasy Label Over From Infinite, When Infinite Started It. That Label Is Nothing That Needs CONSTANT Supervision; If Infinte Wants To Sign On Once A Day, He Could Easily Run It That Way....

It looks like they weren't working well as a team. And what NIK did was wrong and should be punished. I just don't think it was harsh enough to take his power away. But its your board Overseer so do what you wish.

I had to fuckin take over because Infinite was gone for 6 days...Who would taken his place???? Who woulda held the drafts and made threads about them??? No one because Infinite was never on....How was that a bitch move....I was in the game and I didn't want it to be forgoten just cuz Infinite never comes on...But fuck it....Dowhuchlike...
