Title: Counter-Strike players question??
Post by: boycriedwolf619 on December 20, 2005, 08:57:10 PM: I just got a new computer and brought counter-strike and hoe come it likes lags when i shoot and move my ping is low too. do i need a video graphic card or something?

(u bring up console when u press the ` key)

cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 101
rate 25000
fps_max 101

that should fix it up

thx im going to try that but in the source version i couldnt get to my console by pressing ` how do u do it in source??

Post by: Jip on December 20, 2005, 10:44:51 PM: in source(which isnt worth the magnetic field it requires to store it on a hard drive) u have to go to options > keyboard > advanced(at bottom) > click console thing

try going on a server which is in your part of the world
