Gonzoe is beefin hard with Yuk for several reasons. first and foremost is money. Gonzoe says he didnt get anywhere near what he was supposed to get from Yuk for ALL OUT WAR volumes 1 and 2, and says Yuk has been pressin up copies behind his back with out payin him or the other members of the Regime and thats why most of the Regime jumped ship. Gonzoe says he has more original members of the Regime rolling with him now than Yuk does.
Gonzoe also says that Yukmouth was robbed again recently in Germany for his chain and has an in depth interview on tape with some German cats who give every detail of the incident. Gonzoe will be putting out a diss mixtape about Yuk as well as a line of t-shirts dissing Yuk as well that are available at his store at www.blocwize.com. This shit is about to get crazy. i hope that they keep it on wax. here is a little more from gonzoe in his own words, below...

Yea, I feel you. I think Gonzoe is tighter then most say he is. Remember, he got Pac's stamp of approval. Yuk is a monster no doubt but so is Gonzoe and he deserves some shine. Could he have gotten it on SmokeAlot? I dont think so. It doesnt seem like the same resources (that push Yuk albums) are behind SmokeAlot artists but who knows... maybe they just havent gotten off the ground as a label yet. They been around 3 plus years and still no major label releases outside of Yuk solos. HHHhhmmm..
Plus the whole chain jacking incident with Spider Loc killed his credibility. On wax, hes blastin everybody and they family.. but dude gets his chain jacked.. and send a homie to (rumor has it) purchase it back. HHmmmm... That aint "boss."
I can see why Gonzoe left. I hope Skrilla leaves and gets with a good label. Dudes got talent... the souths on fire... hes Slims protoje and if Yuk doesnt pick up the pace he'll miss the boat.

I wouldnt consider his work with Cube, Yuk (or Pac) a failure by any means. Its just that at a certain point, you gotta take responsiblity for your own destiny. He dropped a classic album with Kausion (plus a notable solo.) He was able to network and learned alot along the way. Id say its just time for him to take control of his own career and make something happen.

first of all i talked to yuk at his last concert in germany, he wasnt on bad terms about gonzoe yet, he just said "wasted talent - its so sad"
2nd: he still had his dragon chain, and i think IF someone stole it in germany, it would be almost impossible to remake it, just to act like "nothing happend here" - so im to 99% sure its bullshit. he left a few minutes after me and was on his way to the airport... there was like 1hr time for him to get his chain stolen - and i dont believe it
so to me it looks like gonzoes beefin, or at least hes the one who puts oil into the fire
few things i got to know about yuk:
really cool guy - down to earth
he's small as fuck, i think he was 1,70m or something - i think its kinda unusual for a rapper (hopefully i get that picture of him and me so i can show you how small he is)
im pretty sure he isnt rich at all - he can live pretty ok, or better than others, but he isnt rich at all
he even didnt wanna give out all of his promo shit b/c it costs that much ::)
so next time hes rappin that hes living that godzilla live - i cant believe him

what's sad to me is that yuk is a dope lyricist, but he's been tying so much of his success and his fanbase to his credibility in the streets. there have always stories about yuk's credibility in the streets being shaky, there have always been stories of yuk getting played on some shit, but whatever. whether or not yuk is a boss doesn't change the fact that yuk sounds better on the mic than spider or game or 50 or anyone he's ever beefed with. i've always liked gonzoe, but i feel like yuk gets the edge there too.
too many rappers are trying to build their product around their street rep and persona. and when that shit falls apart what do the have left? what's left for their fans when they built their fan base around a false image?
anyway, yuk is a small dude. if yuk doesn't have heat or a shank on him, what's he gonna do? it's not even like yuk rhymes about knowing how to scrap. you don't see yuk recording any "take a fade" tracks. so a small guy getting his chain snatched? a small guy not wanting to handle his business solo? shit's not surprising.
as for gonzoe...he's dope but i don't foresee the guy selling any units without a dr dre or snoop behind him plus a catchy single. gonzoe needs to focus on finding some producers with a new sound, and maybe trying to do something a little different if he wants to sell. that or seeing how far he can milk that underground/mixtape market.
