I just read about this on another site, then I went to read the article and couldn't believe it...Check it out for yourself...Jay Z has signed Los Angeles rapper Immense to his new record label and he has signed Bay area rapper Sky Balla and Aztek.

Hopefully it turns out good.....but most Roc artists never go anywhere, even the ones who grew up with Jay and he's supposed to have more pull than 99.5% of the rap game.

When the hell is somebody gonna give Jacka a major-label deal? He dropped pretty much the best album heard last year and barely gets recognized for it. Pisses me off.

i think rocafellas teknicly under def jam still, so i guess that would be his connection to it.

when jigga became president of def jam the first thing he did was buy the remaining 50% of rocafella from dame and biggs so yeah he has something to do Rocafella...they still under Def Jam and Def Jam own the name too...

Def Jam bought out briggs n dash but jigga's share of the roc is still his plus he is running the whole roc now coz he the president of def jam
