When Kurupt reviewed Kuruption! on WestCoast2K.net he said Dr. Dre said to make the album a single disc.
If Kurupt listened to Dr. Dre and made Kuruption! a single disc would it have been a classic?
What tracks would you have kept?

most of the songs on Kuruption suck. and Kurupt is my favorite rapper
-
I highly disagree although Kurupt has fell off harder then anyone he is my fav rapper and I love the West Coast and East Coast cd's both of them are bangin!!
-
kurupt was only rapper at the time to bring out a both coast album.. props for an original idea + helped increase his exposure at the time
-
the first disk was near classic..the eastcoast cd has 4 or 5 dope tracks like its a setup and game ... straight fire

other way around the westcoast had like 4 good songs that disc was crap, the second disc was way better, kurupt was a fuckin monster on that side

I gotta disagree with the part i underlined, Kurupt has fell off but if you listen to mosst of his shit besides ATG it is not all fire but everythings good.
And he has brought some fire lately especially since gettin back with Daz. I bet you dont even own the Dillinger and Young Gotti II do ya? Cause Kurupt was far from wack not Dogg Food Fire, but good.

I think Kurupt came harder lyrically on the east coast cd. Its a set up he was crazy, Game crazy and he just brought heat on the east coast cd. But the west coast cd has more hits and better beats, But he was still good lyrically on the west coast cd. I just thought that the East Coast Cd jsut had more beats to where Kurupt could just go off.

i didnt know bout this dre makes good decisions tho so mayb it would of worked out
-
It such a shame how the first song on the westcoast CD sounded so rusty...I used to bump that song like a mutha but the poor quality just takes alot away from it :-\
-
it has some real good tracks on it...
-
the west coast cd of kuruption is good but no classic....too many ppl quick to call albums classics up in here...
-
yeah he shoulda put all the best tracks on one disc including the song with Dre, and that shoulda been in the tracklist so it would catch peoples attention instead of being a hidden bonus track, also he shoulda put the "We Can Freak It" Remix<<<<< that shit is hot but i only got the clean, probally the only version out but its way hotter then battlecats version (i think bud'da produced the remix), well from what i hear plus it has that early aftermath sound to it

completely agrre, noway has he fell off, he still comes bangin (not as much as dogg food but)
songs a would hav kept would be
put that on something
play my cards
we can freak it
fresh
c-walk
cant let that slide
another day(who produced this?)
ask yourself a question
i cant get into the east coast cd, i cant get into east coast music :-\

Most double cds have too much filler, kuruption was no different. A single disc would have been better.

The West Coast CD is fuckin dope, but i never got into the East Coast CD...
