you really expectin good things???
IMO hes never been tight.
-
yeah i agree with mosav even in the old days when I liked Cash money it was always Mannie's production and BG and Wayne that carried Juvy
-
some of his stuff is aight. i heard some of his new political shit about katrina which was decent. hopefully that whole episode in his life will inspire him and get him to give it all. ill probably wait a week or two to hear the reviews and if it gets a 4/5 ill go cop it. even if its a good 3.5/5 ill get it. lower than that is getting into dangerous water though lol.
-
^ i dont buy albums based on magazine ratings ::)
-
lol i dont give a shit what you buy albums based on. i wasnt necessarily talkin about magazines... word of mouth, ratings on boards like this one, customer reviews...
-
haha you guys are trippin.... Juvenile was the best rapper on Cash Money...... he didn't rap about the same bullshit most the others did
anybody who's actually listened through a Juvenile album can't say he's never been tight ::)
he's a bomb ass rapper

400 degrees is damn near classic to me. I loved Fresh's production, and Juvie was dope. I'm not sure i'll be picking this up though, as i've lost a lot of interest without Mannie in the picture. How many beats did he end up doing for the album?
-
^^^^ I don't know, guess I'll have to wait to see the credits
he's a dope rapper though, so that's why I'm gettin it
-
All of Juveniles albums are great IMO except that UTP album lacked a little bit. I've always liked Juvenile the best on cash money too along with Mannie Fresh. What sucks is i downloaded the advance to his new album and it sucks horribly. I hope the retail version is alot different and better or i won't buy the album.

i got a lot of it already..

^whats happenin is pretty good. i bump that for some uptempo shit. rodeos a aigght one but its about fuckin around with chicks and is slow, but has a dope beat, so its only good when your in the mood. havent heard the other two.
-
booty language beats em all... but yea the album is sick

You kidding me, loc? Juve was by far Cash-Money's best rapper, and I realize that doesn't mean a whole lot, but he had some legit talents.
I dunno if I'll buy this album, but I'll certainly check it out. "400 Degreez" will always be one of my favorite Dirty-Dirty albums, and "Juve The Great" showed he still hadn't lost his touch.
-
The advance was pretty decent, has the retail version leaked? "Animal" is pretty dope, I'm feelin that one the most.
-
Juvenile is dope...

i got the retail now, I'll see how it is

I always thought that Lil Wayne was the best rapper on Cash Money...But Juve was nice too, his style is just kind of blah if you ask me.

probly aint gonna cop the album but im diggin the "rodeo" song, that shits got a phat beat
