Well, since its on a mixtape I think its a lefotver. This aint even mixed at all. So, yes its a leftover. We dont even know for sure is its Dre.

Generic ass Dre beat. What the fuck was Andre 3000 doing on there though? That's really not his style to jump on mixtapes, even if he is just co-signing another rapper.
