You can do anything when you're shermed out. I know a dude that used to be an EMT. He got a call that some dude was dusted and started ripping his testicles out. He ripped one off and before he ripped off the other one, a bunch of dudes tackled him.
People have skinned themselves, rip off body parts, etc. I don't know who would wanna get high that badly to touch PCP.
