and its amazing to me at least, that there is so much historical data/ruins/treasure thats undiscovered that we either haven't found, or is hidden by others
I just hope that in the next couple of decades, we get to learn more about the ancient world and what really went down (more in-depth)

some buddest in east were into mummification, they would meditate and only eat wood and drink water for weeks until they eventually died. i saw a documentary on it a while back it was quite interesting, they did it so they could watch over and be a protector of their people or something like that

its a _VERY_ big book..
i'd suggest reading/getting "heaven's mirror" first.. as its a good introduction to his ideas.. and the co-author Santha faiia is actually his photographer wife.. its basically a 'pretted' up version of his breakthrough book.. "fingerprints of the gods"

I'm not a big fan of Hancock at all. Much of his stuff on egyptology is bullshit in my opinion, but he does have some fascinating theories and if you know nothing about a lot of the topics he addresses, I suppose it's an interesting read to get aquainted with it.
